By accessing and using the website at ecomationhub.com or engaging with Ecomation Hub's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Ecomation Hub provides done-for-you e-commerce automation services including but not limited to Amazon store management, Shopify store setup and management, Walmart automation, Facebook Marketplace automation, TikTok Shop management, virtual assistant services, and account reinstatement services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Service Agreements

Specific terms for each service engagement, including scope of work, fees, timelines, and performance expectations, will be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract between you and Ecomation Hub. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such service agreements.

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are due as specified in your service agreement
  • Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Ecomation Hub, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
  • Maintain appropriate platform accounts and credentials as required
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable platform terms and policies (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ecomation Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Any brand assets, store designs, or marketing materials we create for your store as part of our service become your property upon full payment of all applicable fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ecomation Hub shall not be liable for:

  • Revenue losses due to marketplace policy changes, algorithm updates, or account suspensions by third-party platforms
  • Market fluctuations affecting inventory value or sales performance
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
  • Technical issues with third-party platforms, payment processors, or logistics providers

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to achieve the best possible results, Ecomation Hub cannot guarantee specific revenue targets, ROI percentages, or sales volumes. E-commerce performance is influenced by many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and platform policies. Any revenue projections discussed are estimates and not guarantees.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Ecomation Hub will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for service delivery purposes.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Ecomation Hub reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all assets belonging to the client will be transferred.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kalispell, Montana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
