Our terms for refunds, cancellations, and service guarantees
Last Updated: June 2026
At Ecomation Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality e-commerce automation services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
Our services involve significant upfront work including store setup, LLC formation, product research, supplier vetting, and ongoing management. Because of the resources and expertise invested from day one, all fees are generally non-refundable once service delivery has begun.
The management fee paid at onboarding covers the cost of store setup, account registration, initial product research, and team allocation. Management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as these costs are incurred immediately upon engagement.
Any capital invested into purchasing inventory or products for your store is subject to market conditions and platform policies. Ecomation Hub is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, platform policy changes, or unsold inventory. We will work with you to mitigate losses and pivot strategies where possible.
A refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ecomationhub.com within 7 days of the qualifying event.
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
You may cancel your ongoing management service with 30 days written notice to info@ecomationhub.com. Your store and all associated assets will be handed over to you at the end of the notice period. No partial refunds will be issued for the notice period.
If you have a concern about our services or billing, we encourage you to contact us first at info@ecomationhub.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
Ecomation Hub reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
